I have been quilting since 1986 and profess to have no fear of making a mistake in the creative process. While my first love is bed size quilts which incorporate traditional quilt patterns with traditional piecing and applique techniques, my work often veers into non-traditional quilting. My ACEO's, fabric art cards and art quilts are original, one-of-a-kind design. I like to think I am instinctively creating my thread painted art cards. It's fun and freeing to use the raw edge applique technique in my fabric cards and art quilts.
